FAQ

1) Can you ship to another address other than the billing address?

We accept that there are conditions where purchase made as a birthday gift to partners/friends. We will shipped the item to the 2^nd address and keep you as the paymaster inform with tracking number.  

2) What if the shipment is lost or missing?

Inai Seri Mutiara will replace the consignment.


3)What about custom tax or duty?

For International customer, all import tax and duty at your country will be borne by the importer.
